Venetian taxi Sant'Elena
Built of wood in 1978 in Venice by the Lizzio shipyards, this Venetian taxi was initially used as a patrol boat by a security company. A few years later, it was taken out of service and placed in dry dock. In 2018, its former captain, Jullian, brought it to Sète to navigate the canals of our own "Little Venice."
Today, this authentic Venetian taxi offers private cruises of 1 to 2 hours, departing from Sète with its captain, Jean-Christophe.
Measuring 8.6 meters in length and 2 meters in width, it can accommodate up to 10 passengers. Boarding takes place through the front cockpit. In the center, there is a covered cabin with two benches, while the open rear section allows for better sightseeing along the water.
